yikes. sorry it's been ... er... about 6 months since my last post.
and i only came here today to upload a photo!
but quick updates:
my job got less fun since they laid people off and spread out more work between fewer people, so that's been depressing.
but i made more friends at work, yay, take that introverted disposition!
i just bought a new computer. (it's highly awesome)
i have joined the masses and signed up at twitter, but i only tweet sliiightly more often than i post here.
still dating Joel. he is still the sweetest evar.
i still do not have a car.
i have acquired more furniture for my lovely me only apartment, but i do not know how to arrange it all so it's kind of a great big mess.
that's all the new things i can think of for right now.
let me know if i left anything out. that will make me come back and post to rectify the error.

i watched miss potter (cute/sad movie. still dislike renee zellweger) and it made me want to do drawrings, so i went and got some watercolor pencils to play with and here is what happened:

first off i bought a lot of origami paper in various colors, because i was in an art supply store and it was all shiny and calling to me.

then i got out my coloring books to see how the watercolor pencils worked, the birds turned out awesomely better than i thought, this one's my favorite:



and then i drew a little fishie on my own to see i can still draw, and i'm okay i guess. the fishie is rather adorable.

then i was doodleing while watching Penelope (the pig-face girl! such a cute movie!!) and i made that little 3-panel-not-really-a-comic thing over there.

and that's all.

i miss everyone already!!! it should be vacation all the time always. forever.
